Tower Radiology Centers, one of the largest physician owned and operated out-patient radiology practice in Tampa Bay, is growing once again with the purchase of Radiology Diagnostic Imaging of Florida, a brand new full-service center located in Oldsmar. The center is now officially open as Tower Radiology Center – Oldsmar as of January 8, 2018 located at 3870 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, FL 34677, offering an exclusive list of advanced diagnostic technologies and frontline services for patients and physicians in the area. This new imaging center will offer the exclusive service of High-Field Open MRI allowing for more space and airflow for the patient during the imaging exam. Additional services include but are not limited to, high-field MRI/MRA, high-resolution CT/CTA, breast MRI, bone density/DEXA, walk-in digital x-ray, mammography, ultrasound and venous doppler. All exams will include interpretations from subspecialized radiologists along with a quick report and image delivery to ordering physicians. Tower is excited to continue growing throughout the Tampa Bay area and now have the ability to provide services to North Pinellas County.

Tower Radiology Centers was established in 1992 to provide quality radiology services in a comfortable, convenient, outpatient setting. Tower currently has 15 convenient facilities serving Hillsborough, East Pasco and Pinellas Counties, offering additional specialty services which include 3D mammography, open MRI, cardiac MRI, CT low-dose lung screening and PET/CT. Tower Radiology’s clinical practice is comprised of 70 plus board-certified radiologists who subspecialize in cardiac, thoracic, vascular & interventional, neurointerventional, pediatric, musculoskeletal, breast, body, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine and emergency radiology. Board certifications include the American Board of Radiology, American Board of Nuclear Medicine, Certification Board of Cardiovascular CT, and Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. The radiologists within our clinical radiology practice also participate in the academic missions of research and teaching through serving as faculty for USF College of Medicine, Department of Radiology.
